The Great Lakes Alliance has announced details for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Fall Scheduling Meeting, which will take place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg, Ohio.

This year's meeting will be held at a new location:

Hilton Garden Inn

8971 Wilcox Drive

Twinsburg, OH 44087

The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 PM and serves as one of the most important preseason events for clubs participating in the Great Lakes Alliance.

Attendance is mandatory for all clubs with teams competing in the Pathway and National 1 divisions during the Fall 2026 season for U10 through U14 age groups. Each participating club must have an official representative present to ensure a smooth scheduling process and to receive important league updates.

Prior to the meeting, clubs will receive their preliminary matchups, allowing representatives to prepare for scheduling discussions in advance. The league will also distribute detailed scheduling instructions before August 2, including guidance on:

  • Team scheduling contacts

  • Mandatory play-date matchups

  • Self-scheduled league matches

  • Procedures and expectations for completing the fall schedule

The Annual General Meeting also provides an opportunity for league leadership and member clubs to review league initiatives, discuss important operational updates, and collaborate on the continued growth and success of the Great Lakes Alliance.

Club representatives are encouraged to review the scheduling materials before arriving to ensure the meeting is as productive and efficient as possible.

The Great Lakes Alliance looks forward to welcoming its member clubs to Twinsburg as preparations continue for another exciting fall season of competition.
